What ingredients do you use? Are your treats made with natural products?
We only use natural ingredients in our products, and we do not use artificial colors or flavor enhancers.
Do your cookies contain nuts or other allergens?

Can we include our company logo or a personalized card inside the tin?
Yes, absolutely. Just let us know in advance and we’ll coordinate all the details with you.
Do you offer personalized gifts for different clients or team members?
Yes — each tin can include a personalized card or message for individual recipients, so every gift feels tailored even when sent in bulk.
Can we approve the design before it's printed on all tins?
Yes — send us your logo, and we'll confirm the design brief with you before printing. Once your order is ready, we'll also send a photo of one sample tin so you can see exactly what your team or clients will receive.
Ordering & Quantities
Is there a minimum order quantity?
The minimum order is 10 tins. However, we’re flexible — feel free to send a request even for smaller quantities, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Do you handle large orders (100+ tins)?
Yes — and we’re ready to take on even bigger orders.
Do we need to place the order in advance? How long is the lead time?
Yes — we recommend placing corporate orders at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee availability and on-time delivery. If you missed that window, don't worry: reach out anyway, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your timeline.
Can gifts be shipped to multiple addresses?
Yes, we can arrange delivery to different addresses.
