How can I place an order?+

Simply add the item to your cart and proceed to checkout to complete your payment.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it's placed?+

If you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we will do our best to find a solution. Please email us at support@brekery.com and include your order number and recipient's name.

How can I check if a specific product is in stock?+

How can I place an order with multiple shipping addresses?+

You can easily send your order to multiple recipients by selecting the addresses during the checkout process. Each recipient will receive their own separate shipping, and we will ensure that every box arrives fresh and on time.

How can I know if my order has been successfully placed?+

Once your order is placed, you will see a confirmation number on the screen. We will also send you an email with the details of your order.

If you do not receive the email, please check your "Spam" or "Promotions" folder.
Important: If you accidentally entered the wrong email, the order will still be processed, but the confirmation will not be sent to your email.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Are there any restrictions on using promo codes?+

Yes, there are a few simple conditions: • Promo codes cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. • They do not apply to orders over $300 or to purchases with more than 10 delivery addresses in a single order. • The maximum discount per code is $90 for a single customer. • Promo codes do not apply to BREKERY® MONTHLY CLUB subscriptions, as they are already discounted. • Promo codes are not valid for previous orders—only for current purchases.

We reserve the right to disable a code if we suspect abuse. However, if you have any questions, feel free to contact us, and we'll be happy to help!

Is it safe to enter my credit card information on the Brekery website?+

Yes, it is completely safe.

The www.brekery.com website is secured with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, meaning that all the information you enter during checkout (including card details) is securely encrypted and transmitted over a protected channel.

We do not store your card details and never share them with third parties. Payments are processed through certified payment systems (such as Shopify Payments, PayPal, and others), which meet the highest security standards.

Which states do you deliver to?+

We ship to all 50 states in the USA.

How long does delivery take?+

Standard UPS delivery typically takes 2 days. We also offer expedited shipping. If you are ordering from New York City, we have a special next-day delivery option for $40.

What is the cost of delivery?+

Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the size of the order. Please check our checkout page for the exact shipping costs.

How can I track my order?+

After placing your order, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and a tracking number.

What should I do if I received a damaged product?+

We take great care in packing every box to ensure your treats arrive safely. However, once shipped, the package is under the responsibility of the postal service, and sometimes unforeseen issues may occur.

If you receive a damaged product, please:

Take a photo of the packaging and contents (important for verification).

Email us at support@brekery.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.

Include your order number and a brief description of the situation.

We will review each case individually and work to resolve the issue because your experience is important to us.

Can I return or exchange a product?+

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns as our products are fresh and perishable. However, we genuinely care about your satisfaction, and if something went wrong, please contact us at support@brekery.com. We will do our best to resolve any issues.

Do you have a loyalty or discount program?+

We plan to launch our Brekery Rewards program soon, where you can earn points for purchases and redeem them for sweet gifts, discounts, and bonuses.

In the meantime: • We frequently run promotions and special offers—stay tuned for updates on our website and social media.
• Occasionally, we include surprises for regular customers in their orders.

How It Works

How does the subscription work?+

Choose the subscription plan that suits you, and we'll take care of the rest. A fresh box of Brekery® Almond Cookies will be automatically delivered on your chosen schedule, so you won't need to reorder.

When will my first order ship?+

All new subscriptions begin shipping on Mondays. No matter what day of the week you sign up, your first box of fresh Brekery® Almond Cookies will ship on the upcoming Monday.

What's included in each delivery?+

Each delivery includes one fresh box of Brekery® Almond Cookies, baked and packaged specifically for your scheduled shipment.

What subscription plans are available?+

You can choose from the following options:

When is payment charged for a regular subscription?+

For weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subscriptions, payment is automatically charged before each scheduled shipment.

When is payment charged for a prepaid plan?+

The full cost of the prepaid plan is charged at checkout. One payment covers all the deliveries included in your chosen subscription period.

Cancellation & Renewal

Can I cancel a regular subscription?+

Yes. Weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time before the next automatic payment.

Can I cancel a prepaid plan?+

No. Prepaid plans cannot be canceled or paused until all scheduled deliveries have been completed.

Do prepaid plans automatically renew?+

No. Once all deliveries are completed, the prepaid plan automatically ends. No further charges will be made.

Delivery & Freshness

Is shipping free with a subscription?+

Yes. All Brekery® Club subscriptions include free shipping within the US. Standard shipping rates apply to one-time purchases.

Are the cookies always freshly baked?+

Yes. We bake Brekery® Almond Cookies every day except Friday and Saturday. Each box is prepared as close to the ship date as possible so you receive the cookies as fresh as possible.

Gifting

Can I give a subscription as a gift?+

Yes. Just enter the recipient's address at checkout.

Do your cookies contain nuts or other allergens?+

Yes, absolutely. Just let us know in advance and we'll coordinate all the details with you.

Do you offer personalized gifts for different clients or team members?+

Yes — each tin can include a personalized card or message for individual recipients, so every gift feels tailored even when sent in bulk.

Can we approve the design before it's printed on all tins?+

Yes — send us your logo, and we'll confirm the design brief with you before printing. Once your order is ready, we'll also send a photo of one sample tin so you can see exactly what your team or clients will receive.

Is there a minimum order quantity?+

The minimum order is 10 tins. However, we're flexible — feel free to send a request even for smaller quantities, and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you handle large orders (100+ tins)?+

Yes — and we're ready to take on even bigger orders.

Do we need to place the order in advance? How long is the lead time?+

Yes — we recommend placing corporate orders at least 2 weeks in advance to guarantee availability and on-time delivery. If you missed that window, don't worry: reach out anyway, and we'll do everything we can to accommodate your timeline.

Can gifts be shipped to multiple addresses?+

Yes, we can arrange delivery to different addresses.

Are your cookies suitable for weddings and private celebrations?+

Can I order catering for a small event?+

Absolutely. We welcome orders for both small family gatherings and large events. No matter the size of your occasion, we'll be happy to help you select the right option and prepare your order with the same attention to quality and detail.

Ordering & Quantities

How far in advance should I place my catering order?+

We recommend placing your order at least two weeks before your event. This allows us to prepare your order in advance and ensure everything is ready for your special day.

If your event is coming up sooner than expected, please don't hesitate to contact us. We always do our best to accommodate our customers, and if we're able to fulfill your order on shorter notice, we'll gladly do everything we can to help.

How many cookies should I order?+

The ideal quantity depends on the size and style of your event. For coffee breaks, we typically recommend 2–3 cookies per guest, while dessert tables may require more. If you're unsure how many cookies you'll need, we'd be happy to help you determine the right amount for your event.

Can I modify my order or add more cookies after placing it?+

Yes. If your guest count changes or you need to make adjustments after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been sent to production, we'll most likely be able to find a solution and make the necessary changes. We always do our best to accommodate our customers whenever possible.

How do I place a catering order?+

Placing a catering order is easy. Simply complete the Request a Quote form on our Catering page and provide a few details about your event. We'll contact you to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and prepare a personalized quote tailored to your event.

Is there a minimum order for catering?+

No. We accept orders for both small gatherings and large events. No matter the size of your event, we'll be happy to help you find the best solution.

Can I place repeat corporate orders?+

Absolutely. Many of our corporate customers place repeat orders for meetings, conferences, company celebrations, and other business events. We'll be happy to assist you with future orders as well.

Can I place an order in advance for the holidays?+

Absolutely. We encourage placing holiday orders as early as possible, especially for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, and other busy seasons. Ordering in advance helps ensure availability and allows us to prepare everything in time for your event. Do you offer catering delivery?+

Yes. If your event is located within New York City's five boroughs, delivery arrangements can be discussed individually to find the most convenient option.

If your order is being shipped to another state, we send it via a shipping carrier. In most cases, your order arrives within two days after shipment, helping ensure your cookies remain fresh and delicious.

Can I choose my delivery date and time?+

Yes. If your event is located within New York City's five boroughs, we'll do our best to arrange delivery at a date and time that's convenient for you.

For shipments to other states, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier, so the exact delivery time depends on the carrier's schedule.

Can I schedule multiple deliveries for different dates?+
