If you are not fully satisfied with your order, please reach out to our customer support team at support@brekery.com — we're always happy to help and will do our best to make things right!

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

Shipping Address & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot reroute packages or refund orders shipped to incorrect addresses. We are also not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier once your order has left our facility.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging our cookies to arrive fresh and intact. However, minor imperfections may occur during transit and do not qualify for replacement.

If your order arrives significantly damaged, contains missing items, or includes wrong products, please contact us at support@brekery.com within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photo evidence.

Requests submitted without photo proof or after 24 hours will not be processed.

Shipping Carrier Limitations

We are committed to shipping your order on time and in proper condition. However, once the package has left our facility, it becomes the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

We are not liable for delivery delays due to weather conditions, natural disasters, carrier strikes, or other service interruptions.

Additionally, Brekery is not responsible for damage caused by rough handling by delivery personnel or any other treatment beyond our control during transit.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your order as "Delivered" but you didn't receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered but not received.

Replacements & Claims

If approved, replacements are sent free of charge, after the carrier has completed their investigation. Please note this process may take 1–3 weeks.

Allergy Warning

All of our products are made in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, and other common allergens. Please review ingredient details before placing an order.

Fraud Protection

We reserve the right to deny any replacement or refund request that appears fraudulent, abusive, or inconsistent with our policy.
