Shipping Policy

This policy explains how Brekery® processes, ships, and delivers your order.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and depend on the delivery method selected.

Each batch is baked overnight and handed off to the carrier the next business morning. We do not hand off orders to the carrier on Saturdays and Sundays — our production cycle pauses for shipping on those days.

Brekery® SweetShip

Brekery® SweetShip is our signature delivery rate, offered at a special price.

If Brekery® SweetShip is selected at checkout, orders ship according to the following schedule:

  • Orders placed from 12:00 a.m. Wednesday through 11:59 p.m. Sunday ship on Monday.
  • Orders placed from 12:00 a.m. Monday through 11:59 p.m. Monday ship on Tuesday.
  • Orders placed from 12:00 a.m. Tuesday through 11:59 p.m. Tuesday ship on Wednesday.

Because Brekery® SweetShip delivery takes 2 business days, orders on this rate only ship Monday through Wednesday. This schedule ensures your order never sits in transit over the weekend.

Carrier Partner Shipping

At checkout, you can also choose one of the shipping methods offered by our carrier partners.

If a carrier partner shipping method is selected, orders ship Monday through Friday according to Brekery®'s production schedule.

Delivery time is determined by the shipping method selected and calculated by the corresponding carrier.

Orders with Saturday delivery are accepted until 12:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. (EST) on Friday will be processed and shipped on the next available business day, according to the shipping method selected.

We do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays.

Please note: Brekery® does not offer same-day delivery.

Shipping & Tracking

We use trusted national carriers. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier once the package leaves our facility.

Possible Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to weather, regional issues, holidays, or natural disasters. We are not liable for delays if the package was handed over to the carrier on time.

Package Handling

We pack all orders with care, but we cannot control how carriers handle them. We are not responsible for any damage caused during transit.

"Delivered" But Not Received

If tracking shows your order as "Delivered" but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for such cases.

Additional Terms

Order Modifications

Once placed, orders may not be modified.

Customer Responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate contact and shipping information. We are not liable for missed emails or tracking issues due to incorrect details.

Technical Issues

We are not responsible for issues related to your internet, email, or device settings.

Packaging Variations

Product packaging may differ from images due to seasonal or manufacturing changes. This is not grounds for return or complaint.

Address Information Privacy

We use address and contact information solely for order fulfillment. We may share data with authorized services (shipping providers, email platforms, etc.) to improve service. We do not sell or share your data for unrelated marketing purposes.

Holiday Processing

Orders placed during holidays are processed on the next business day. Holiday hours are announced in advance.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 6:00 PM EST are processed the same day. Orders after this time are processed the next business day.

Returned Packages

If a package is returned due to failed delivery, reshipping may be arranged with additional payment.

Expedited Shipping

We do not offer expedited shipping upon request. All orders follow our regular schedule.

Tracking Disruptions

We are not liable for tracking errors or delays on the part of the shipping provider.

Split Shipments

Large orders may ship in multiple packages. Each will have its own tracking number.

Third-Party Tracking Sites

We recommend using official tracking links only. We are not responsible for outdated or incorrect tracking info from other websites.

Delivery Confirmation

Once a package is marked "Delivered" by the carrier, the delivery is considered complete.

Recipient Unavailability

We are not responsible for delays caused by the recipient being unavailable or not providing access.

Third-Party Receipt

If the package is received by a concierge, security, or neighbor, delivery is considered complete.

Legal Validity

This Shipping Policy may serve as an official document in the event of a dispute.

Order Processing vs. Shipping

Processing refers to preparing the order. Delivery timelines start after processing is complete.

No Date Guarantees

We do not guarantee delivery on specific dates (e.g., birthdays or holidays).

Policy Interpretation

All terms are interpreted solely by www.brekery.com. Subjective interpretations are not considered valid.

Effective Terms

Orders are subject to the terms in effect at the time of purchase.

U.S. Only Shipping

We currently ship only within the United States and its territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, and APO/FPO military addresses. Delivery to these locations may take longer than delivery within the contiguous United States.

We do not currently ship to international destinations outside the United States and its territories. Orders placed with an international shipping address will be canceled.
